1. Accommodation
We have arranged for special conference rates ($115) at the University Inn (1767 North Decatur Road, Atlanta, GA, 30307), which is located directly across the street from the School of Law, and approximately two blocks from Robert W. Woodruff Library (the site of the symposium). For the best availability, and to secure these rates, reservations should be made by May 7, 2007. Be sure to ask for the Main Inn and the Emory rate when you make your reservation. Reservations may be made by calling 800-654-8591. The University Inn has wireless Internet throughout their facility. The conference rate for reservations is not available through their website, but you may view room types and find other information.

Other nearby options include:

Emory Conference Center Hotel or Emory Inn (1615 Clifton Road, Atlanta, GA 30329, about a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the Woodruff Library). Rates are $229 per night at the ECCH and $167 per night at the Emory Inn. 404/712-6000 or visit their website. Availability at the Emory Inn and the Conference Center Hotel is very limited; we recommend making reservations as soon as possible. Hotel shuttle service to the Library is available for hotel guests by request. There is no direct campus shuttle service between the Conference Center and the Woodruff Library, but shuttle route A stops behind the Library. Guests should pick up the route A shuttle at the stop on Clifton Road (in front of the CDC), and exit the shuttle on Fishburne Drive (just past the Business School). (*Please note that the route A shuttle will travel away from the main campus and loop back around.)

Holiday Inn in Decatur, GA (130 Clairemont Ave., Decatur, GA 30030, about a 7 minute drive from the Woodruff Library). Shuttles run between the Holiday Inn and Emory University throughout the day. Holiday Inn Express in Decatur, GA (2183 North Decatur Road, Decatur, GA, 30033, about a 5 minute drive from the Woodruff Library). Shuttles run between the Holiday Inn Express and Emory University throughout the day. Rates run $90-110. 404/320-0888 or visit their website.
